Marble deflection instrument, also known as granite deflection instrument or granite deflection inspection instrument.

Purpose: Mainly used for measuring shaft and disk products and components, mainly detecting their radial runout, ellipticity, and end face accuracy errors.

Advantages: 1. The use of granite instrument base improves the accuracy of the reference plane and reduces the accuracy error of the gyroscope itself. 2. The activity table holder can be measured at any position on the instrument holder. 3. The instrument base is rust free and easy to use and store.

Main technical parameter editing:

1. Radial rotation accuracy: 0.001mm.

2. The parallelism of the side rails over the entire length is 0.005mm (A03 type), 0.008mm (A05 type), and 0.01 (A10 type).

3. Accuracy error: 300mm less than 2um, 500mm less than 3um, 1000mm less than 5um, 1500mm less than 6um.

4. The diameter of the tested part is 340mm, and the length of the tested part is 300mm, 500mm, 1000mm, and 1500mm.

1. Measurement of radial circular runout:

⑴ Clean the parts, tighten the eccentric shaft handle, and place it between the two deflectors (perforated parts should be installed on the spindle) to allow the parts to rotate freely, but axial movement is not allowed. Then tighten the two seats. When the parts need to be removed, hold them with one hand and press down on the handle L with the other hand to remove them.

⑵ Install the dial gauge on the gauge frame, so that the gauge rod passes through the axis of the part and is perpendicular to the axis. The measuring head is in contact with the surface of the part and compressed by 1-2 turns before fastening the gauge frame.

⑶ Rotate the test piece once and record the value and the small value of the dial gauge reading. The difference between this value and the value is the radial circular runout error value of the I-I section.

⑷ The measurement should be carried out on three axial sections (as shown in the figure), and the value of the circular runout error in the three sections should be taken as the radial circular runout error of the part.

2. Measurement of end face circular runout:

⑴ Clamp the lever dial gauge onto the gauge holder of the deflection tester, slowly move the gauge holder so that the measuring head of the lever dial gauge contacts the measured end face, and pre press the 0.4mm measuring rod to the correct position.

Rotate the workpiece once and record the small value of the dial gauge reading. The difference between this value and the value is the end face runout error at the diameter.

Measure at three evenly distributed diameters on the measured end face, and take the median of the three diameters as the circular runout error of the end face of the part.
